Using Kozi
Kozi helps you search and explore real-estate listings. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to scrape, resell, or misuse the data or the platform.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
Listings & accuracy
Listing information comes from third-party MLS sources and may not always be complete or current. Kozi is a search and discovery tool — always confirm details with a licensed real-estate professional before making decisions.
No warranty
Kozi is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the revised version here with a new “last updated” date.
