- What MLS data does Kozi cover?
- Live listings from the PropTx IDX feed across the GTA and broader Ontario - Markham, Unionville, Toronto, Mississauga, and surrounding areas. Data refreshes every 30 seconds.
- What's the difference between Basic and Pro?
- Basic gets your page live and gives you full lead contacts. Pro adds the AI layer - buyer briefs, intent scoring, and behaviour analytics - so you know exactly who to call and what to say.
- What is the VIP deal channel?
