What's the difference between the three plans?: Each plan builds on the last. Basic is your own home-search website: AI search, live listings with recent sold prices, schools, transit and map search. Agent Pro adds preconstruction, open houses, the market page and home values, plus the CRM: leads, showings, contacts, drip emails, shared links and My page. Agent Pro+ adds the full sold archive and Facebook and Instagram ads run for you, with $150 a month of ad spend included.
How do add-ons work?: Both are included in Agent Pro+. On Basic or Agent Pro, add the sold archive for a one-time fee, or Meta ads for a flat monthly fee that includes $150 of ad spend. Book a call and we set them up with you. Nothing to configure at checkout.
How do the ads work?: You pick an area and a daily budget from your dashboard. We build the ad and the lead form, you approve it, and it runs from Kozi's ad account. $150 a month of spend is included; top up in $100, $250 or $500 packs when you want more. Plan on three months: the first few weeks are Meta learning who clicks.
Can I cancel at any time?: Yes. Every plan is month-to-month with no contract. Cancel from your agent dashboard anytime.
Can I change plans later?: Yes. Moving up takes effect right away. Moving down takes effect on your next billing date.
